- @BrianGreene on a similar schedule here. No playing but provided house rig, arriving at a packed bar at 2am to pack and load is fun. Wired. #

- Looking to add a few miles to the cycle this morning. Have a 27 mile route picked out, weather looking good, last training session of week #
- Broke the 45k mark in one outing this morning, under two hours, just shy of quarter mark to Sligo. Not bad for week one cycling. #
- @anthonymcg we’re made of the special stuff. Aim is to hit 80k in one session in 2 to 3 weeks time. Some craic
